Our Story
Batten Family Farms was founded in Brooksville, Florida, in the late 1800s. We started out as a small family of farmers. Now, our family has grown and cultivated land for generations, growing high-quality melons and hay, while raising cattle to support our family and others'. Each generation has passed down knowledge and traditions that honor our heritage. We are dedicated to sustainable farming practices and a deep respect for the land. We are thankful for support of the community that has kept us going, and we believe in giving back by providing fresh produce and fostering connections between consumers and farmers.
